  • Rating Scale: New 5-point rating scale
CPM Planning Sessions (PageUp)

  • Performance Year: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
  • Requirements: Civil Service requires two job-based goals and one behavior-based goal on the planning document

Classified Supervisors of Classified Employees are required to complete the following online courses within 90 days of hire or promotion/appointment to the supervisory position:

  • CPTP CPM Basics
  • CPTP CPM Planning Process
  • CPTP CPM Evaluation Process
