NON-COMPLIANCE
All members of the LSUHSC community are obligated to report, or assure reporting of, their knowledge of any event (incident) that potentially compromises the well-being of animals engaged in HSC-associated animal care and use activities. Incidents may include adverse events, unanticipated problems, animal welfare concerns, deviations from approved protocols and instances of suspected non-compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policies.
Reporting Incidents & Non-Compliance
Knowledge of incidents may be reported directly to one or more of the following parties. The LSUHSC-NO hot line and U.S. mail may be used to submit information anonymously.

Reporting Study-Specific Incidents & Non-Compliance
Study team members who become aware of any incidents associated with a specific IACUC-approved protocol must promptly report the incident as described below:
