Start an Instant Meeting Using the Zoom Desktop App:

Open the Zoom Desktop App

Click New Meeting

Once in the meeting, Click Invite

Invite other users by
- 
                        
                        
Using the "Invite by Email" tab
- 
                              
                              
Choose "Default Email"
 - 
                              
                              
An Outlook Email Message will appear with information about the Zoom.

 - 
                        
                        
Using the "Invite by Contacts" tab:
- 
                              
                              
Type in a users email address
 - 
                              
                              
Select the user from the window below
 - Select "Invite"
                              
                              
- 
                                    
                                    
Note that a user will only appear if they have previously logged into Zoom
