LSU Health New Orleans Zoom Backgrounds

 

 

Instructions

1. Download and Unzip the LSU Health New Zoom Backgrounds (restricted to LSUHSC users)
2. If you have not logged into Zoom with LSUHSC before you need to login to the LSUHSC Zoom Access Portal (documentation)
3. Download and Open the Zoom Desktop Client (if you don't already have the client)
4. Sign in to Zoom using Single-Sign-On (SSO)
5. Make sure you are on the "Home" tab of Zoom Desktop client (screenshot)
6. Click on Settings icon on the top right of the page (screenshot)
7. Click on Virtual Background on the left menu (screenshot)
8. Click on the + icon under the video/image displayed (screenshot)
9. Click on Add Image (screenshot)
10. Select the image and open the file (screenshot)
11. Be sure that "Mirror my video" is not checked (screenshot)
